He was predeceased by: his parents, Aime Baes and Germana Baes (Goethals); and his wife Diane Buetow. He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Synowiec (Donald); his grandchildren, Chloe, Madison and Kaci Baes; his sisters, Renae Aukes and Rita Haelman; and his nephews, Ray and Matt Aukes.
