She is survived by: her spouse Oscar Owen Butler; her daughters, Anne Rose (Gary) of Lexington, Nancy Lee (William) of Lexington and Carole Miller (Paul) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Korey, Matt, Chris, Jessica, Joe, Angie and Rachael; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Jordyn, Peyton, Reese, Jordy, Emily, Abigail, Michael, Silas, Henry, Edison and Avery; and her brother Robert Morrell (Trudy) of California.
