It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Mellies of Pekin, Illinois, born in Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lois Wells; and her daughter Lois. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Mellies; her daughters, Cheryl Mellies-Davis (Tom Davis) of Peoria and Christina Mellies (Justin Bizier) of Stoney Creek, Ontario; her stepchildren, Wyatt Mellies of East Peoria, Bret Mellies of St. Petersburg and Marla Mellies (Peter Delaney) of Anacortes, Washington; her granddaughter Elise; her brother Max Wells (Marty) of Gainesville, Missouri; her pet Spike; and her aunt Marty. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
