He is survived by: his wife Victoria Gonzales; his children, David "Dave" Salter II (Susan), Nathaniel Salter, Tyler Salter and Leah Cline (Shane) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Victoria, Kaylee, Kyle and Jacob; his great grandchild Riley; and his brothers, Ron Hills (Marilyn) of Murfreesboro, Mike Salter of Creve Coeur and Henry Salter of Chillicothe.
