With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diana L. (Rupp) West (Pekin, Illinois), who passed away on June 21, 2019 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Rupp and Marjorie Rupp (Blackburn); her son Randy West; her son-in-law Eugene Wyman; and her sisters, Sharon Welch and Sally Chaney.
She is survived by: her husband Joe West; her children, Margie Wyman of Pekin, Donna Longden of Mackinaw, Scott Penning (Janice) of Franklin, Tammy Conway of Pekin and Kathy West of Pekin; and her siblings, James Rupp (Edith) of Pekin and Barbara Stark (Jerry) of Pekin.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help defray Diana's recent medical expenses.
