She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Clarence Bartels and Edna Bartels (Smith); her husband James Carter; her siblings, Doris Bartels, Shirley Schoenbein and Clifford Bartels; her daughter Linda Wiseman (Kenneth) of Pekin; her grandchildren, Amanda Munsell (Jarod), Aaron and James Wiseman (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Rhiley Munsell, Owen and Ethan Wiseman.
