He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jay Howarter and Annabelle Clayberg; his adoptive father Jack Kailey; his wife Judy Monroe; his children, Marisa Casey of Mapleton, Juliana Jordan (Dennis) of Mapleton and Eric Kailey of Peoria; and his grandchildren, Avery Jordan (Ashley) of Mapleton, Garrett Jordan (Alexa) of New Port Richey, Noah Jordan of Mapleton, Mallory Jordan of Mapleton, Grant Casey of Lexington, Lauryn Casey of Mapleton and Alayna Casey of Mapleton.
