She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Penning and Doris Penning (Bloomer); and her siblings, Charles Penning, Louis Penning, Jacob Penning, Helen Counterman, Doris Dorsey, Ella Braden, Hazel Lawson and Betty Haller.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin Alfred Lelm; her son Larry D. Lelm (Judy) of Morton; her grandchildren, David Lelm (Sharon) of Myersville, Douglas Lelm (Nicole) of Galena, Missouri and Shelli Balzell (Greg) of Peoria; her great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Alyssa, Blake, Mason, Ethan, Logan and Sage; her great great grandchild Calvin; and her sister Sadie Moll of Pekin.
