It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Jefford (Pekin, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on June 1, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Jefford of Englewood, Florida; and his children, Julie Turner of Omaha, Nebraska and Patrick Jefford of Black Duck, Minnesota. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grand-children.
