He was predeceased by : his father Jon Reid; his grandparents, Lyle, Ziggie Palmer (Jones), Ken and Bette Wallinger (Harris); and his uncle Steve Palmer.

He is survived by : his mother Kathleen Renee Harris (Palmer) of Pekin; his aunt Connie Picken of Manito; and his uncle Kevin Palmer of Manito. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
