She was predeceased by : her parents, Martin V. Watkins and Mellie "Sitter" Watkins; her children, Judy Pierce and Kenneth D. Hale; and her granddaughter Kimberly Thomas.

She is survived by : her husband Floyd Hale Jr.; her grandchildren, Lynn Saettler (Tim) of East Peoria, Kevin Hale (Leslie) of Metamora, Nickolas, Lillyann, Sophie, Karson and Bradyn; and her grandson-in-law Aaron Thomas.
