We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2019, at the age of 71, John Whitby (Pekin, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Joyce Gardner; his daughters, Lisa Brownfield of Pekin, Wendy Stillman of Pekin and Angela Hoffman (Justin) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Matt, Brittany, Kayla, Tori, Jakob, Haley, Hannah and Richard; and his sister Pam Whitby of Pekin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society, 4234 North Knoxville Avenue, Peoria, Illinois 61614.
