He is survived by: his spouse Carol Dick; his children, Noele Tatlock (Scott) of Pekin and Lance Earhart (Wendy) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Drew Tatlock of Pekin, Dylon Tatlock of Pekin and Haley Heilman of Pekin; his great grandchild Ella Oakes of Washington; and his sister Debra K. Hoyle (Gary) of Pekin.
