He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond S. Flowers and Flossie I. Flowers (Cluney); his wife Dianne Williamson; and his sister Marlene. He is survived by : his daughter Lori Cleaver of Pekin; his stepson Brian Flowers of Pekin; and his siblings, Ronald S. Flowers of Florida, Linda Ward of Bath and Glenn Flowers (Verda) of Texas. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
