She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vaughan and Florene Vaughan (Ballinger); her brothers, Ronnie and Gene Vaughan; her caregiver Martha St. Clair; and her pets, Sawyer and Sophie.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Chitwood (Rob) of Pekin and Zack Keedy (Jill) of Pekin; and her boyfriend Bill Faichney. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
