She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Duttarer; her granddaughter Zelie; and her sister Gail Dutter-Lenart. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Duttarer (Kochendorfer) of Parrish, Florida; her husband Robert Dalcher; her children, Joshua Dalcher (Tasha) of Thornton and Ainsley Reeise (Justin) of Pekin; her grandchildren, Eve, Benedict, Blaise, Addison, Ethan, Mia, Maggie, Elijah, Henry and Justin, Jr.; and her siblings, Daniel Duttarer (Kathy) of Parrish and Patricia Tingle (Tom) of Linwood. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family will be donating these books to L.E. Starke Primary School. Memorial contributions may be also given to the family to create "Mrs. Dalcher's Book Fairy Fund" to provide book fair money to children in need.
