With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pennie Anne Williams of Pekin, Illinois, born in Canton, Illinois, who passed away on March 18, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Williams and Alleen Williams (Girard); her siblings, Michael LaMacchia and Vickie Farson; and her significant other Franklin D. "Bozie" Spencer.

She is survived by: her children, Eric Dzinglewski, Kimberly Popkin, Carrie Anne Smith and Sherry Spencer; and her siblings, Judy DeGolyer (Ted), Cecil Miller (Dawn), Norma Darling (Danny), Chester Thompson (Sharon) and Lynn Imhoff.

Memorials may be given to Pekin Outreach Initiative, 515 Elizabeth Street, Pekin, Illinois 61554.
