He was predeceased by: his parents, John Patrick and Hazel Idella Shea (Stairs); his son James Shea; his grandson Ricky Morris; his great grandchild Logan Shea-Baker; and his siblings, Maynard, Pat, Danny Shea and Cottie Farritor.
He is survived by: his wife Sharron Mannel of Pekin; his children, John Shea of Pekin, Tony Shea of North Pekin, Todd Shea of Pekin, Terry Shea (Teresa Rose) of Pekin and Jane Morris (Jack) of Pekin; and his daughter-in-law Teri Shea of Pekin.
