He was predeceased by: his daughter Julie Revie; his grandchildren, Matthew Revie and Jed St; and his brother Jerry Waggoner. He is survived by: his spouse Judith Kay Havens; and his sons, Richard R. Waggoner, II (Evelyn) of Pekin and Kyle L. Waggoner (Katie) of Lakemoore. He is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two brothers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family to help with funeral expenses.
