She was predeceased by: her sister Patricia Swing. She is survived by: her spouse Irwin E. "Buck" Spiesz; her children, Melinda Forbis of Pekin, Tina Blackstock (Danny) of San Jose and Brad Spiesz (Beth) of Pekin; and her brothers, Willard Weakley, Jr. (Ruth) of Pekin and Donald Weakley (Rose) of Manito.
