Charlene Marie McCollum Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlene Marie McCollum of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Duley and Rosemary Duley (Stenger); her brother Bob; her sister-in-law Cindy Duley; and her pet Chet.

She is survived by: her sons, Chad (Jodi) of Scottsdale, AZ and Scott of Sheridan, WY; her granddaughter Finley of Scottsdale, AZ; her brothers, Steve Duley (Sandy) of Pulaski, WI, Ron Duley (Kathy Thomas) of Volcano, CA, Tom Duley (Pat) of Lexington, IL and Gary Duley (Tammy) of Hanna City; and her sisters-in-law, Roxanna Kirby (Ed Smith) of Peoria and Tina Kauffman (Tom) of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Charlene thoroughly enjoyed volunteering for numerous agencies, including Gift of Sight, OSF volunteers, Maui Jim Children's Home Golf Tournament and sewing masks for the local cancer center during the COVID 19 pandemic.
