She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Underwood of Peoria, IL; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Hayes of Peoria, IL., Myra Thompson of St. Louis, MO., Juanita Stewart of Belleville, IL. and Louise Underwood of San Diego, CA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
