She was predeceased by: her parents, Simpson, Jr. Edwards and Marguerite Edwards (Dufour); and her siblings, Alice Brown and Rene Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Walter Thomas Jordan, Jr.; her children, Rudy Martin of Little Rock, Ark, Chad Martin of Las Vegas, NV and Christopher Jones of Hopkins, MN; her stepdaughters, Dawn Jordan Jones of Kennesaw, GA, Nichole Jordan of Avon, IN and Deborah Moreno (Hector) of Tampa, FL; her siblings, Andre Edwards of Peoria, IL and Francoise Reed of Peoria, IL; her nephews, Nishawn Reed and Ernest Reed; and her close friend Marilyn Swan.

In an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, we ask that everyone in attendance: wear a face mask and refrain from hugging, kissing and shaking hands (as hard as it is to see someone you care about and not touch them).
