It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Clarnell Quinn in Peoria, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Bangert and Alice Correll Bangert; and her husband Charles L. Quinn. She is survived by : her children, Sally Mansfield (Andy) of White Hall and David Quinn (Nancy) of Washington, IL; her grandchildren, Brian Mansfield (Kate), Brad Mansfield (Jennifer), Brent Mansfield (Willow), Jacob Quinn (Lauren), Joseph Quinn (Rachel) and Jessica Quinn; and her great grandchildren, Soren, Cora, Gracelynn, Jamison, Ezra Mansfield and Everly Quinn.
