She was predeceased by: her stepsister Laura Brown; and her grandparents, Bruce Klingele and Nancy Hilst. She is survived by: her father Mike Hilst; her husband Craig Howard; her son Callan Howard of Peoria; her mother Linda Fairbanks (Klingele); her stepparents, Steve Fairbanks of East Peoria and Brenda Hilst of Port Orange; her mother-in-law Lisa Howard of Peoria; her stepsiblings, Garrett Brown (Taylor) of Champaign, Evan Fairbanks of Peoria Heights, Rebekah Vasquez (Josh) of Athens and Tori Beaugard (Pete) of Bloomington; her siblings-in-law, Kyle Howard (Kendall) and Stephanie Howard; and her grandparents, Martha Richards of Kewanee, Janice Klingele of Quincy and Kenneth Hilst of Green Valley. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins in her extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Universalist Unitarian Church of Peoria (3000 W Richwoods Blvd, Peoria, IL 61604).
