He was predeceased by : his parents, Hiley Knight and Iva Knight (Hard); and his brothers, Loren and James Knight. He is survived by : his spouse Beverly Jean Ray; his sons, Brian (Tina Knight), Alec Knight of Morton and Curtis (Kelly Knight); his grandchildren, Chloe, Amy, Julia, Tiffany, Audrey and Nolan; and his siblings, Kenneth Knight (Kathy) of Paris, IL, Glenda Campbell (Mert) of Michigan and Janice Mahon (Mike) of Peoria.

Memorials may be made to the El Vista Baptist Church in Ron's name.
