He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Spencer and Carol Anne Spencer (Stevens); his sister Anne Sperry; and his nephew Paul Alan Winter. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Spencer (Alison) of Wauconda, IL, Maria Campbell (Kyle) of Rochelle, IL and Matthew Spencer (Janelle) of Dunlap, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sister's Charity at OSF, AMT or Richwoods Christian Church.
