He was predeceased by : his father Blanchard Childress. He is survived by : his wife Samantha Childress (DeBoer); his daughter Ava Kay Childress; his mother Denise Childress (Hejmalik); his grandmother Ilene Hejmalik; his siblings, Ashley Bowler (Albert) and Kyle Childress; his mother-in-law Diane DeBoer; his sister-in-law Tiffany DeBoer; and his nieces, Victoria Childress and Makayla Childress.
DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC; MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL SERVICES AND NO FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THE FUNERAL HOME AT THIS TIME.
