He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Clara Witczak Sr. (Gapinski); his daughter Jacqueline Kotecki (Greg); and his siblings, Joseph, John, Casimir Maurer, Francis, Thomas, Edward, Mary Montrey and Sally Volk.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his daughters, Cheryl Braboy (Pat) and Traci Larson (Chad); his grandchildren, Kyle Kotecki (Cortnie), Ali, Gabriel, Xavier Braboy and Wyatt Larson; and his great grandchild Harper Kotecki. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for his favorite charities.
