He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Bernadette Oberholz (Dyball); his wife Carol Ann; his children, Clara, Cammie and Chuck Olson; his grandchildren, J. J. and Amanda; and his brother Jerry Oberholz.
He is survived by: his children, John Oberholz (Laura) of Peru, Amy Crouch (James) of La Salle and Libby (Edward); and his brother James F. Oberholz. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
