She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest L. Vaughn and Maxine Vaughn (Porter). She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Benac of Peru; her children, Shawn Benac of Peru and Shannon Argubright (Michael) of LaSalle; her grandchildren, Isabella and Geno Argubright; and her sister Barbara Rodda (Alan) of LaSalle. She is also survived by cats, animals, crafts, children.
