He was predeceased by : his parents, James M. Costello and Agnes E. O'Connell Costello; and his brother Frank. He is survived by : his wife Janet "Jan" Grosboll Costello; his daughter Monica Prince; and his siblings, Jim Costello (Ruth), Dodie Ingemunson (Dallas) and Johnny Costello (Carol). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
