He is survived by: his wife JoAnne (Cribbett); his daughter Nancy Miebach (Rick); his granddaughters, Kate Miebach and Amy Bergen (Zach); his great grandchild Kemper; his son John Moore (Bunny); his grandson Joseph (Krista); his great grandchildren, Graham and Lennon; his grandson David (Paula); his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Gracie Rose; his sisters, Raye Branson, Jo Lutz and Judy Collins; and his stepdaughter Phyllis Deakin (Chuck).
