It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry T. Korte of Pierron, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Korte and Joetta Korte (Nee Kruep); his siblings, John Korte and Kay Baudino; his nephew Russell Korte; his parents-in-law, Bernell and Lorraine Pacatte; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Baudino, Mike Diesen and Dave Brauns.
He is survived by: his wife Gerry Korte of Pierron, IL; his children, Brian H. Korte, Brenda Korte (Steve) and Sharla Hemann (Erik); his grandchildren, Heather Drazen (Brian), Haylee Munie (Sam), Tyler Korte (Kaitlin), Garrett Korte, Cali Detmer, Adam Korte and Colby Detmer; his great grandchildren, Maclin Drazen, Maveric Drazen and Emery Munie; his siblings, Charlie Korte (Jeannie) of Pocahontas, IL, Denny Korte (Mary), Delores Diesen, Kenny Korte (Claire), Jane Plocher (Gene), Joyce Thomas (Julian) and Ray Korte (Lori); his sisters-in-law, Judy Brauns of Highland, IL and Carol Korte; and his children, Dolors Church, Pat Jakel, Pastor, Paul Bonk and Immaculate Conception Church. He is also survived by his mother provide for his siblings.
Memorials may be made to Papaya Youth Group, Masses at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Pierron, IL or Korte Family's discretion (for area Christian non-profit organizations).
