We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2021, at the age of 93, Glen R. Hamilton of Pinckneyville, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Glen R. Hamilton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Lymon and Lura M. Hamilton (Russell); his wife Marjorie Templeton; and his granddaughter Amy Elizabeth Fox. He is survived by: his children, James Scott Hamilton (Marie) of Creal Springs, IL, William Dwight Hamilton (Nancy) of Steeleville, IL and Gwen Fox (Michael) of Bonfield, IL; his grandchildren, Megan Kindle (Brandon), Katie Eastman (Keith), Rusty Hamilton (Taylor), Keith Hamilton, Casey Meyer (Arthur), Ryan Fox (Dawn) and Rachel Fecht (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Gwendalynn Fecht, Marjorie Meyer, Artie Meyer, Elliott Fox, Boyd Fox, Owen Hamilton and Wyatt Hamilton.
Visitation will be at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Wednesday from 5:00 p. m. until 8:00 p. m. and on Thursday morning at First United Presbyterian Church, Pinckneyville, IL from 9:30 a. m. until 10:30 a. m. Covid-19 restrictions and mandates will be adhered to.
Memorial donations may be made to the Pinckneyville High School Foundation or First United Presbyterian Church.
