He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie Hawkins and Ethel Feltmeyer (Shute); his stepfather Tom Feltmeyer; his daughter Kelly Sue Hawkins; and his siblings, Jean Hall, Janet Kimmel, Billie Mae Pulke, Bob Hepp and Harlan Hepp.
He is survived by : his wife Sue Hawkins of Pinckneyville, IL; his sons, Kirk Hawkins of Seattle, WA and Klint Hawkins of Pinckneyville, IL; and his sister-in-law Ruby Hepp of Pinckneyville, IL..
