She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Jurkowski and Rosalia Jurkowski (Barnowski). She is survived by : her siblings, Marilyn Fisher (Rick) of Pinckneyville and Michael Jurkowski (Anita) of Radom; her nieces and nephews, Devin Fisher, Alex Fisher, Cassie Fisher (Bryant Shute), Justin Jurkowski (Holly) and Chelsea Jurkowski; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lyle Dean Fisher, Glory Hodge-Fisher, Logan Jurkowski, Levi Jurkowski and Quincie Rose Shute.

Friends may make memorials to Masses or St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
