He is survived by : his wife Donna; his children, Melissa Ryba (Doug) of Holden and Jeffrey Surratt (Dan Hanners) of Roselle, IL; his siblings, Eloise Carlock and BJ Surratt; his grandchildren, Douglas Ryba Jr., Ryan Alan Ryba and Samantha Lynn Ryba; and his great grandchild Layla.
