He is survived by: his wife Paulette Gallas of Pocahontas, IL; his daughters, Jessica Dallas (Thomas) of Pocahontas, IL and Tammy Bunker-Kester (Chris) of Collinsville, IL; his sister Michelle Mills (Dustin Hamilton) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Hannah Stratmann (Sean), Hayley Bunker, Olivia Dallas and J. J. Dallas; and his great grandchild Malcom Holmes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many wonderful friends.
