It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Bruce Carter (Poplar Grove, Illinois), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on July 5, 2019, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Dale, Bev Weaver, Mel and Bonnie Carter. He is survived by : his former life partner Tara Burda; his wife Tara Carter; his children, Lillian, Daphney and Lincoln; his parents, Penny Carter and Lynn Carter; his brother Andrew Carter; and his parents-in-law, Steve and Kim Burda. He is also survived by extended family members including two brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
