She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollis Wilkinson and Kathryn Wilkinson (Thompson). She is survived by: her former spouse Thomas Gamble; her husband Albert Van Lerberghe; her children, Brett Gamble and Beth Forret (Jeff); her stepdaughter Beth Todd (John Stickler); her grandchildren, Greta, Emmett, Grady, Kyle and Maurisa; and her brother Stephen Wilkinson (Stefani).
In accordance with restrictions, attendees are expected to wear a face mask and observe social distancing.
Memorials may be made to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics or Moline Foundation Moline High School Class of 1959 scholarship fund.
