It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Elwell of Princeton, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Eichmann and Ruth Eichmann (Blume); and her former husband Howard Dismeier. She is survived by: her daughter Easter; her husband Walter Elwell of Princeton, IL; her children, Diane Smith (Tad), Scott Dismeier (Geraldine), Laurel Langholz (Paul) and Lisa Wolter (Mark); her stepsons, Tim Elwell (Carol) and Andy Elwell (Sue); and her sister Jeanine Wiltjer (Clarence). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Voice of the Martyrs, the Evangelical Covenant Church in Princeton, or the Abigail Women's Center in Mendota, IL.
