With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gretchen Ann Hallen in Princeton, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Schlotthauer and Shirley Schlotthauer (Hanson); her husband Kevin James Hallen; and her sister Sue. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Damm (David) of Henry and Kevin Hallen (Tonya McDowell) of Putnam; her grandchildren, Randy, Brandon, Nicholas, Tyler, Nathan and Gabrielle; and her sisters, Annette Church and Tina Himler of Niles.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Associations, or for masses.
