He is survived by: his wife Sue Cook; his daughter Tammy Hill of Princeton; his grandchildren, Dallas, Aarystyn, Alyvia and Avabelle; his siblings, John Zurliene (Ellen) of Nashville, TN, Loraine McMahon of Princeton and Doris Lewis of Princeton; his siblings-in-law, Avis Zurliene of Arizona, Patricia Zurliene of Princeton and Lavern Cook (Linda) of Rock Falls, IL; and his close friend Buttercup.
