He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Gertrude Allen (Eickmeier); and his son-in-law Allen B. Losey. He is survived by: his wife Joann Marie Kitterman; his children, Vicki Ackerman (Kent) of East Moline, Catherine Losey of Princeton, Illinois and Larry Allen (Kathy) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Kelly Keith (Ben), Julie Allen, Jennifer Teske (Colton), Nathan Losey, Katie Donofrio (John) and Molly Alred (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Kaden, Carter, Bennett Keith and Ian Donofrio.
Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Foundation or the Bureau County Farm Bureau Foundation in his memory.
