He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil and Marjorie Borges, Jr. (Etheridge); and his brother Tom Borges. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shepard; his stepchildren, Joshua Rich of Princeton and Emileigh Shepard of Princeton; his grandchildren, Kailey, Kaiden, Briggs Joshua Rich and Levi Foster; his siblings, Sue Roberts (Ted) of Princeton, Kimber Swanson (Cal) of Red Bud, IL and Justin Walters (Jan) of Princeton; and his nieces, Elise Conner (Mike) of Mackinaw, IL and Ami Robison (Justin) of Sheffield, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
