He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Conner and Hazel Conner (Anderson); his wife Bernice Ann Norden; his son Charlie Conner; his great grandchild Augie Harrison; and his siblings, Fergus Conner, Edward "Ted" Conner, Jerome "Rip" Conner, Jeanne Sapp, Joyce Draper and Glenda Brandenburg.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Conner (Mendy) of Walnut, IL and Nancy Dale (Tom) of Geneseo, IL; his daughter-in-law Denise Conner of Dixon, IL; his grandchildren, Andrea Meier (Brook), Allison Harrison (Jake), Dylan Dale and Megan Dale; his great grandchildren, Evie, Eiley Meier, Ruby and Reeva Harrison; and his sister Grace Piper of Chandler, AZ..
