She is survived by: her daughter Junette Horn (Jon) of Bloomington, IL; her siblings, Sue Zurliene (Herb) of Princeton, IL and LaVern Cook (Linda) of Rock Falls, IL; her grandchildren, Kari Arnold of Mt. Vernon, IL and Nathan Arnold (Ashton) of Edmond, OK; her stepgranddaughter Elizabeth Horn of Carlock, IL; and her siblings' children, Tammy Hill of Princeton, IL, Lisa Cook of Rock Falls, IL and Larry Cook (Tanaya) of Rock Falls, IL. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
