He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo M. Tanney and Grace A. Tanney (Kelly). He is survived by : his siblings, Ed Tanney (Karen) of Princeville, Thomas Tanney (Bev) of Dunlap, Donald Tanney (Crystal) of Normal and Mary Ann Skuba (Peter) of Normal; and his friends, Diner and Jubilee Café. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
