He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Chad Walker. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia L. Church; his wife Pat; his children, Brian Sonnenberg (Beth) of Prophetstown, IL, Brenda Wankerl (Steven) of Prophetstown, IL, Cheryl Davis of Prophetstown, IL and Curt A. Sonnenberg (Sabrina) of Prophetstown, IL; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Andrew, Megan, Ian, Blake, Dalton, Logan, Corrin, Leslie and Carl. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established by the family.
